I have to say, for my first week, I did really good! Lot better then I thought I would that is. With soda cut out of my daily intake and pushing only water, it definitely is proof for me, about how bad soda is to our bodies!
So let's cut to the chase,

Can you believe it, I lost 3.6 pounds! I still can't believe it! All I did was count my weight watchers points and drink only water, and success.

I cut 2 (diet) sodas a day out of my diet and replaced them with water and lost about the same as you this week.
I know I should cut all the soda out but I just can't do it. It was hard enough switching to diet!
