I gained 0.6 pounds this week :(
Which this did depressed me, for a moment, but today starts a new week so, I going to keep my head up and be sure to keep track of my points better and drink more water!!!

Thats not bad at all! I really should keep track of everything like that but oh I get so tired of it. I have everything from weight watchers a few years ago but I can't seem to think about all that. lol glad your doing better at it than me.

We are in the same boat..I gained about the same exact amount that you did. I am going to start counting my points as well...as soon as I find my book so I can figure out how many points I'm supposed to have.

I really like that you have the weekly recap breakdown of your week. That is very helpful I am sure!
Its great that your burning those calories :)
Even if you gained a few ounces you are still doing a good job.

You are really kicking butt. Keep it up. My weigh in will be early this up-coming week. Hopefully I can be as good as you. Oh I know you said a slight gain, but it's not that it's the fact no matter what you are still working hard, learning and keeping at it.
