Brayden's 3rd Birthday

Today was Brayden's 3rd Birthday. I can't believe that he is 3 already. He was my stubborn baby. My doctor tried to induce me 1 week before my due date with 5 hours of nothing but contractions, he was nowhere near ready. So 1 week after my due date I had to be induced again. This time he was ready, they started inducing me around 7:30am. At 10:30 the doctor broke my water and then about 10 minutes later the contractions really started! At 12:25pm Brayden came into this world...

My mom and her co-worker at Hannafords did the cake.

He had so much fun opening his gifts that the family gave him.
He received a lot of Trio's!
If you haven't heard of them you should check them out. My oldest son got some for Christmas from my brother and sister in law and Tristan and Brayden have a lot of fun with them. They're sort of like legos but I think they are more fun especially for the younger kids!

Should We Have Another Baby?

I love babies, and I love children (especially my own). Adam and I have been just randomly talking about having another baby. Deep down, my answer is YES! We have 3 boys right now and we both would like to try for that girl. Though we feel that boys are in our cards, which is fine, I love my boys!

Though, when I do think about it, deep thinking that is, I'm very hesitant about having another baby. It's for reasons that some are just silly. Adam said I should write a Pro/Con list. So that's what I'm doing today.

Pro

1. To give love to another human being
2. Giving my boys another sibling
3. The great feeling of being pregnant (the kicking)
4. Having that baby/mommy bond
5. Being able to teach another
6. Snuggling
7. The possibility of having a girl
8. Tax Credit (I had to put that as a Pro)

Con

1. Labor
   
2. Nauseousness
   
3. Can we afford another baby? (getting by on only 1 income)
   
4. Midnight feedings
5. Postpartum Depression
   
6. We would have to buy a van for sure (but that can be a pro since I really want one now)
7. Weight Gain (Since I'm Trying To Lose Weight Right Now)
8. We live in a 3 bedroom mobile home in a park, not the best place to raise a family of 6.

This is all I can think of right now, and look at that, 8 pros and 8 cons. I'll be 34 years old this year and I feel my time is ticking so we need to make a decision soon.

Living In New England - Vermont

Elizabeth over at Thoughts From An Evil Overlord is celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the New England Bloggers, which is group of bloggers from the six New England States of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

I have lived in Vermont all my life. I was born at Porter Hospital in Middlebury Vermont.

I love living here. I love the smell of the spring air, sitting on the porch watching the sun rise on a summer morning, driving down the road with the colorful autumn leaves blowing off the trees, and snuggling on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa on a cold snowy winter day.

I'm so happy to show you all my new blog look. Yes, I did it myself, I'm not a professional, but I'm happy with it. I'm still doing some touch up stuff within my blog, Facebook & Twitter. I want to thank all of you for giving me such great blog title ideas.
